Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (South Africa): R80 – 5 to 7 business days
- Express Shipping (South Africa): R150 – 2 to 3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over R750
International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays OURAH Organics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
